Admission in Oxford Public School

Admission procedure

 

Enclosure

Self attached copy of Birth Certificate of child issued by Municipal Corporation / Competent Authority.

 

Self attached copy of Adhaar Card of child and both parents. Self attached copy of proof of residence latest electrical Bill/ Passport/Ration Card. 2 passport size recent photographs of parents and child.

 

Final Admission is subject verification of the following documents (photocopy & original)

 

Birth Certificate in original Adhaar Card of child and parents (original). Proof of residential address. Certificate of Medical Fitness of child by Registered Medical Practitioner. Cert of Vaccination Card of child by Registered Medical Practitioner. Blood Group Report. Highest Qualification for both the parents. Transfer certificate from the last attended for classes prep and onwards.

 

Parents of students approved for admission will be called for verification of original documents as per schedule. No undertaking regarding the documents mentioned above will be accepted at the time of verification
